Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Your printed report is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
1. Processing Time
Reports are compiled and prepared within 24 hours of purchase. Physical reports are printed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location: North America (5-10 business days), Europe (7-14 business days), Asia-Pacific (7-14 business days), Rest of World (10-21 business days). Digital PDF reports are delivered via email within 24 hours.
3. Tracking
All physical orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee address modifications as your order may already be in production or shipped.
Refund Policy
We stand behind every Destiny Letter we deliver. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you feel your letter does not resonate with you, we offer a free revision. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your letter, and we will refine your analysis based on your feedback.
2. Full Refund
If you remain unsatisfied after the revision, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We ask only that you give us the chance to make it right first.
3. Digital Letters
For digital PDF letters, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the content. After this period, we offer revision services instead.
4. Physical Products
For crystal bracelet sets, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
5. How to Request
